In Gaza, the Hamas-aligned Executive Force attacked electrical workers in Beit Hanoun. Another Executive Force member was killed in a separate incident. In the West Bank, the Israeli military continues to abduct Palestinian civilians. Palestinians in Ramallah, Nablus, Askar Refugee Camp, Bethlehem, and Beit Omar were taken into Israeli custody.

In the West Bank, a Palestinian man was killed on Monday by Israeli army gunfire in the city of Nablus and, around midday, Israeli tanks bombed a second building in downtown Nablus. An Israeli illegal settler was found dead late on Sunday night near the southern West Bank city of Hebron. The Israeli police stated that the man was stabbed to death and his body was found in the farm lands of Beit Omar village north of Hebron. Residents of Beit Omer helped to locate the missing illegal settler, but that did not prevent Israeli forces from attacking and searching the village and ransacking families’ belongings on Monday at dawn.
In Gaza, a member of the executive force was injured in the south amidst efforts to strengthen the unity governement deal reached between Fateh and Hamas in Mecca.
