In Gaza, a member of the Hamas-affiliated Al-Qassam Brigades was declared killed by the group. A Palestinian truck driver escaped injury when his delivery truck was shelled by the Israeli military near the Karni crossing. In the West Bank, settlers evacuated from the Homesh settlement returned to the site under Israeli military protection. They chanted anti-Islamic statements about the prophet Mohammed. Some ofthe former settlers attacked a 12-year-old Palestinian sheep herder. 14 Palestinians were abducted by the Israeli military across the West Bank.
